BOB CARLTON
I help people and organizations spot change before it arrives, and thrive once it does.
I've spent most of my career a step or two ahead of change, in places other people don't see coming until it's already rearranged their lives.
Nearly three decades bringing new ideas to life. I helped launch some of the first digital learning products, back when nobody believed learning would move online. I've been part of the leadership team on five successful exits, including a business that helped families through one of the most stressful decisions they'll ever make. I launched the most widely used AI tool for helping young people find what they love.
I've led sales, marketing, and innovation for 13 teams, from $260M to pre-revenue. Now I'm doing it again in AI, when most people can't tell what's useful from what's just loud.
Who I work with. People figuring out what comes next. Founders building something new from a spare bedroom. Companies stepping into their next stage of growth. Families facing decisions that will shape the rest of their lives.
I also work with leaders and communities asking bigger questions. Questions that start with technology but end up being about people, purpose, and what actually matters.
How I show up. I'm not the person who talks about change from behind a podium. I show up already in it with you and say, let's go.
I coach founders, individuals, and parents through the moments that matter most. I get inside teams and help them build what's next. A new project. A go-to-market push. An AI tool that actually gets used instead of just discussed.
Thousands of people. Hundreds of organizations. Workshops, hackathons, keynotes, and personal coaching, in person and on screens around the world.
The push is always the same. Get it out of the abstract. Get it into someone's real life or real work.
